Among the many unique features of Anchor Center’s teaching facility is a tree house with a climbing tree. Volunteer Doug Cressler, an avid hiker and climber, helps the children scale the tree and hone their bravery.

Preschoolers at Anchor Center for Blind Children enjoyed ice skating on January 26 at Big Bear Ice Arena in Lowry. Volunteer Jack Etkin describes how the children learned that falling on ice and getting back up can be an opportunity for fun!
