Anchor Center’s 29th Annual ForeSight Golf Classic Raises $187,000 for Children with Visual Impairments

June 23, 2025 – Sedalia, Colorado — The greens of one of the nation’s most exclusive golf courses, Sanctuary, played host once again to a meaningful cause as Anchor Center for Blind Children hosted its 29th Annual ForeSight Golf Classic. The charity event raised an impressive $187,000 (gross) in support of children in Colorado who are blind, deaf-blind, or visually impaired, along with their families.

More than just a day on the course, the tournament was a powerful reminder of the community’s commitment to helping children with visual impairments thrive. Participants enjoyed a rare opportunity to play at Sanctuary, a private course founded by RE/MAX co-founders Dave and Gail Liniger. The Linigers created Sanctuary in 1997 with a unique mission: to support nonprofit organizations through invitational golf tournaments. In that time, the venue has helped raise over $124 million for charitable causes.

Proceeds from the ForeSight Golf Classic go directly toward early education and support programs that empower children with visual impairments, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence from the very start of life.

As Anchor Center looks ahead to its 30th Annual ForeSight Golf Classic in 2026, the organization hopes to welcome back familiar faces—and new ones—to mark this special milestone at Sanctuary.
