Join us for the Anchor Center Community Resource Fair!

What: Come and learn about all of the services available to you from our community partners. This FREE, educational event will provide you with resources to help your child and family.

Who: Open to all Anchor Center families and alumni

When: Wednesday, September 12th from 11:00AM – 1:00PM

Where: Anchor Center for Blind Children

Here’s a sampling of some of the Community Partners that will be in attendance:

Caring Hands Community Services – Caring Hands Community Services is dedicated to providing exceptional transportation services to all its clients. They strive for excellence by providing reliable and compassionate transportation services.

Child and Family Therapy Center of Denver – Agency Mission: The Child and Family Therapy Center of Denver is compassionately dedicated to improving the lives of each family we serve. Agency Motto: Walking the journey with your family, one step at a time.

Colorado Center for the Blind – Founded in 1988, the Colorado Center for the Blind is a world-renowned training center located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Littleton, Colorado, about 13 miles south of Denver.

Colorado Fleet and Mobility – Specializing in Mobility and Accessibility equipped vehicles to meet your needs, Colorado Fleet and Mobility is your resource for quality specialty vehicles with a large selection of used mobility vans and fleet vehicles for sale.

Colorado Respite Coalition – The Colorado Respite Coalition (CRC) is an allied group of families and community partners who have joined together to strengthen and preserve Colorado families who are caring for individuals with special needs by supporting current respite care options and facilitating the development of new, safe, affordable, interactive and stimulating respite care choices.

Colorado Talking Book Library – For people who can’t read standard print, Colorado Talking Book Library (CTBL) provides audio, Braille and large print books keeping you connected to reading, stories and adventure.

Denver Health HCP – HCP is a community care-coordination program for children and youth with special health care needs. The goal of the program is to assist families in gaining knowledge and skills about how to access services and support within the community, so that they are better able to coordinate their child’s care with increased independence and confidence.

MGA Pediatric Home Healthcare – MGA healthcare professionals deliver high-quality clinical care with the individualized attention that truly makes a difference for patients. They also have the broad service infrastructure to provide a comprehensive approach to home care, including full clinical and administrative support teams.
