WHAT: Enjoy the bounty of the Anchor garden in this afterschool parent and child gardening class. Learn the basics of harvesting vegetables and preparing fresh, simple and kid friendly recipes. Each class students will have the opportunity to prepare a healthy snack from the garden and share with the class.
WHO: Anchor Center families and alumni, ages 3 and up with an adult
WHEN: Tuesdays, 9/ 4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25 from 1:45pm-2:30pm
WHERE: Anchor Center for Blind Children
COST: $10 per child for all four sessions
