Sponsored by the Delta Gamma Fraternity and Envision, Heather’s Camp is excited to be launching in Colorado this year! Founded in Wichita, Kansas and celebrating 15 years of annual outdoor camping adventures for blind and visually impaired youth, this outdoor weekend is an opportunity where youth can learn new skills, create friendships and build confidence with the support and encouragement from mentors.
Open to children ages 5 – high school, with a Rookie Day for youth 4 and under or older children as desired. Cost is $50/per camper. Financial assistance is available. Registration is completed online from the Heather’s Camp website.

ABOUT HEATHER: Heather’s Camp honors the memory of Heather Suzanne Francis Muller, her love of children and her desire to help those with special needs. She was an active member of Delta Gamma and had a passion for its philanthropy, Service for Sight. She was pursuing her master’s degree in early childhood special education and would have completed her degree in 2001.
