Family Fun Day at Progresh: Trampoline room, airbag jump, indoor sledding/tubing hill, and tumbling area
Ages: Age minimum – 2 years old. Age max – no age limit. Anchor graduates, siblings, and adults are welcome to come play!
About: The Fun Day is hosted by No Barriers, the organization co-founded by Erik Weihenmayer, the first blind climber to reach the summit of the world’s highest mountain, Mount Everest. The activities will be facilitated by No Barriers participants, who are all female survivors of fallen service members. Anchor Center staff will also there to have fun with your family!
Cost: Please bring $8 per person to help cover the costs of this event.
Activities: There will be an airbag jump, indoor sledding/tubing hill, trampoline room, and tumbling area. Please wear closed-toe shoes and no flip flops. National Sports Center for the Disabled has run programs for the Colorado Center for the Blind there with great success and kids as young as 2 come and have a blast.
Dinner: 4:30pm- A free dinner will be provided at a location to be determined. We will have directions to hand out.
Registration: There are a limited number of spaces for this event. Please register below by July 30th.
