Anchor Center Transforms into a Winter Wonderland for Children and their Families
On Thursday, December 14th, Anchor Center transformed into a Winter Wonderland for our Annual Holiday Children’s Party. As the children and their families entered the parking lot, they were greeted by a horse and carriage for a winter sleigh ride.
On Thursday, December 14th, Anchor Center transformed into a Winter Wonderland for our Annual Holiday Children’s Party. As the children and their families entered the parking lot, they were greeted by a horse and carriage for a winter sleigh ride. Upon entering the building, they heard holiday music being played on the grand piano by our talented Board President, Sage Scheer. Elves led them down the hallway to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus and to have family portraits taken. There were holiday crafts, a never-ending supply of delicious food from families and staff and, most importantly, an entire building filled with the joy, cheer and smiles that embody this magical time of year!
We are so grateful year-round for the giving that happens at Anchor Center to bring hope and happiness to families. A huge thank you to all of our incredible volunteers and staff for making this event so special for our children. We simply could not do it without you!
