2022 Visions of Love Celebrates its 12th Year!

Friday, February 4th marked Anchor Center for Blind Children’s signature Valentine’s event, Visions of Love, held at our state-of-the-art learning facility in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. This year also marked the 12th anniversary of this time-honored event partnering Colorado wineries, local breweries, and delectable chocolate pairings. We are very fortunate to have so many supporters who joined us, even with Covid-19 continuing to provide challenges for so many.

Over 200 guests and supporters raised $38,000 for Anchor Center.  Hosted by Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter of Denver, Visions of Love guests took a tour of Colorado’s finest wine from nine different wineries including: Blanchard Family Wines, Bonacquisti Wine Company, Carboy Winery, Carlson Vineyards, Deep Roots Winery and Bistro, Ladron Cellars, Sauvage Spectrum, Talbott Farms/Centennial Cellars, Meridian Prime (South African Wines), and our delicious chocolate was provided by The Chocolate Therapist.

Guests also enjoyed exploring Anchor Center’s award-winning teaching center, where staff acted as building docents providing tours and educating guests on the remarkable mission of Anchor Center. We were also treated to an audio reading experience by Imagination Videobooks, a Presenting sponsor, who featured some of their most popular books.

VIP guests were able to visit Visions of Love’s Sensory Cocktail Lounge & Beer Pub featuring 3 different breweries including FlyteCo Brewing, Saint Patrick’s Brewery and Bruz Beer.
